Service price without contract - €120 / h
• Problem Solved: This means we’ve either resolved the issue, determined it to be unsolvable, or provided a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, cost, and timeline for resolution.
• Working Hours and Days: “Hours” and “days” refer to standard business hours and working days.
• Free support hours: This is the maximum number of support hours included in the price of the packages available each month. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. The billing unit is 15 minutes.
• Customizations: Limited access to customizations means you can request customizations up to a value of €2,000. All customizations are charged according to the submitted quote, which includes a detailed scope of work, price, and implementation timeframe.
• Key user: a user authorized to communicate with the helpdesk and e-Sustavi support.
• Odoo systematic review: An annual review of your Odoo system in which we assess its efficiency and provide concrete recommendations for process optimization and improvements.
• The stated support package prices apply to a single company (one branch/location); each additional company or branch is charged an extra 20% of the package price.
• Annual customization fee: All customizations, including localizations, are subject to an annual fee equal to 20% of the original customization price.
